Luckily for buyers, a brand new lake community is currently under construction in Maize, Kansas: The Coves! This community will feature both patio and non-patio homes, two clubhouses, and many amenities! We broke ground on this new home development around two months ago and are getting the land prepped and ready for streets to go in so buyers can start to get a better visual of where they would like to place their home—lakeside or not. Now that construction has started, the process should go by quickly.
