Specializing in the transformation of historic structures, we have been renovating one of Wichita’s most historic buildings, The Petroleum Building. This will now be home to research labs, Biomed staff, and more! Our passion lies in revitalizing these architectural gems, ensuring they remain not just relics of the past, but beacons of progress for generations to come.

At the heart of our mission is a commitment to innovation and sustainability. We take pride in creating spaces that inspire and endure. The renovated Petroleum Building will be home to revolutionary biomed labs, professional offices, and more. With fully custom build to suit plans, the options are endless.
