Marv Schellenberg

Founder & Owner

Marv Schellenberg is the founder and president of Schellenberg Development Company and RE/MAX Premier. Schellenberg Development Company (SDC) which is comprised of commercial, residential and senior housing communities throughout the Wichita area.
After receiving his real estate license in 1978, Marv started Premier Realty in 1988 and founded Schellenberg Development Company in 1989. He later purchased the RE/MAX Franchise in 2000 and formed what is now known as RE/MAX PREMIER. SDC developed some of the most successful residential communities in Wichita.
Past Developments – Reflection Ridge, North Ridge Lakes, Forest Lakes, Shadow Lakes, Avalon Park, Hampton Lakes, and Fox Ridge. Current developments – Estancia, Bay Country, and its newest Development, Arbor Creek.
Commercial Developments – Reflection Ridge Plaza, Reflection Ridge Office Park, Fox Ridge Plaza, Hampton Lakes Office Park, Hampton Lakes Plaza and Estancia Plaza.
Independent Living Communities: Villas at Hampton Lakes at completion will have 122 homes including a Club House, walking paths, lake view lots and a Club House that has a meeting room, fitness center. Villas at Prestwick is our newest community that will have 78 individual units including a Club House.
Marv currently is a member of the Wichita Area Builders Association, Realtors Political Action Committee, the National Association of Realtors and serves on the Board of Directors of the Realtors of South Central Kansas Government Affairs Committee.
Celebrating 38 years of marriage this year, Marv and his wife Andrea have four children, all of whom are involved in both Schellenberg Development Company and RE/MAX PREMIER.

Karen Mann

Administrative Assistant

Karen Mann is the Administrative Assistant to Marv Schellenberg, Schellenberg Development Co. Karen began her real estate career with RE/MAX as an Executive Assistant in 1999, in 2001 she became licensed, but always continued her position in administration. Karen became involved in agent training, management, and agent office recruiting for different RE/MAX offices over the next twelve years.

Karen served on committees and held various designations as a REALTOR® within the Wichita area. Karen is an alumna of Missouri Southern, located in Joplin, Mo. where she studied marketing/management and graphic arts.
Karen is currently a licensed Broker and works in various types of transaction and property management for Schellenberg Development Company. She is involved in administrative aspects of both residential and commercial development. Karen has been with Schellenberg Development Company since August of 2012.

Karen and her husband Steve live in McPherson where they share four adult children and three grandchildren. They love traveling, trivia games and spending quality time with their friends and family. They like the quiet of the small town and they enjoy outdoor shooting sports together.

Tami Caffrey

Accounting/HR Manager

Tami Caffrey has worked for Schellenberg Development and RE/MAX Premier for 13 years. After working 16 years as an Administrative Assistant for the Research and Development department of a multinational corporation in the food industry, their relocation out of state brought her to her new career with the Schellenberg Development Company beginning as an Administrative Assistant/Project Coordinator and most recently as Accounting/HR Manager.

In her free time, Tami enjoys watching KU sports, spending time with her family and friends, her husband Paul and their grown children, son Jaron and daughter Madison and husband Ryan Schadler.

Stacy Latimer

Managing Broker

Stacy has been in the Real Estate Industry and at RE/MAX Premier since 2000. She has worked in just about every possible position in Real Estate. As a Licensed Assistant, Office Manager and currently as Managing Broker of RE/MAX Premier. Stacy dedicates most of her day to the support and growth of the incredible agents in the office, while simultaneously growing the office. Stacy actively sells real estate and primarily works in residential resale, but also has extensive experience in new construction.
Stacy is a firm believer that you should love what you do! Your passions should intersect with your gifts and a sense of humor in it all always helps! She strives each day to wake up and live with purpose, to make a difference in someone’s day and end the day thankful for whatever she encountered.

Dylan Schellenberg

Dylan Schellenberg

VP of Sales and Marketing

Dylan has been with the Schellenberg Development Company since 2015. He graduated as a student athlete from Kansas State University with a degree in Business Administration and Minor in Economics. Dylan started out with SDC as an assistant to the community manager in our Bay Country Community. He has quickly grown into the Vice President of all Sales and Marketing. Dylan oversees residential sales, new construction, commercial sales, land development, and commercial development. He is involved in many aspects of the Schellenberg Development Company and is eager to grow SDC to new heights in the years to come. If Dylan is not working (which he often is) you can find him spending time golfing with his dog Forrest.

Jesse Schellenberg

Director of Operations

Jesse has been a part of the Schellenberg Development Company since 2012. Starting his career with SDC as Project Manager for a handful of our residential communities to include Fox Ridge, Hampton Lakes, Avalon Park, and The Villas. Jesse grew from Project Manager to Director of Operations of all Villas Retirement Communities and residential developments. He now is the guy so many of our senior residents see as the face of The Villas. Whether he is handling maintenance, showing available units, or managing all construction crews he is the Villas expert. Alongside Jesse you can almost always find Cairo, his right hand man (dog). As Jesse drives all of our developments managing all construction and daily ins and outs, you can see Cairo riding shotgun making sure all needs are met on site. Jesse and Cairo make one fantastic team, and the daily office life would not be the same without them.

Cody Schellenberg

Cody Schellenberg

Project Manager

Cody started working for the Schellenberg Development Company in 2018. Although he is relatively new to SDC he is a great addition to the team. Cody graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management. Cody has both his real estate license and commercial drone license. As Project Manager, Cody is often handling the ins and outs of land development, commercial projects, and residential maintenance management. He is our “go-to” guy for special projects, video production, and an array of other tasks. Cody adds a special aspect to the team with his positive attitude, willingness to get the job done, and his ability to produce quality results. When Cody isn’t at the office you can find him golfing, spending time with his girlfriend Amy, or enjoying time with family.

Audrey Adrian

Sales and Marketing

Audrey Adrian was born and raised here in Wichita, Kansas. She graduated from Maize High School, proceeded to play volleyball at Tabor College, and graduated with a degree in Biology. Since graduating from college, Audrey has pursued real estate, gaining her real estate license in 2009. She later married her husband Scott, and now has two amazing children Beckham and Scarlett. Specializing in new construction, Audrey has gained a wealth of knowledge in real estate development, custom building, and making sure her client’s dreams become a reality. You can often find Audrey out on-site in our Estancia community or handling various marketing projects within Schellenberg Development. Although Audrey wears many hats within SDC, she is always there to help her clients, and continue the growth of the Schellenberg Development Company.

Chris Lary-Cowel

Community Manager

Chris Lary-Cowel has been in the real estate industry for over 20 years. She has served on the Wichita Area Association of Realtors holding several titles such as the Past President, Secretary/Treasurer, and President-Elect. She has years of new construction experience working as a Designated New Home Specialist and Certified Residential Specialist. Chris is currently the community manager at both our Bay Country community and Arbor Creek community. When Chris is not working in the real estate world you can find her enjoying time with her family. She has been with the Schellenberg Development Company for over five years and is an essential part of the team.

Victoria Mehl

Victoria joined RE/MAX Premier September of 2021 as the Front Office Administrator.  Victoria was raised in Winfield, Kansas and graduated from ITT Technical Institute with a Paralegal degree with a focus on real estate law.  Victoria also has 3 years of experience as a Facilities Coordinator. Though she is new to real estate, Victoria is enthusiastic about furthering her knowledge in real estate. What brought Victoria to join the team at RE/MAX Premier was the family environment and support the staff has for one another.

In her free time, Victoria loves to spend time with her family and the main joy of her life, her dog, Ace.  Her hobbies are reading, going to the gym, hiking or anything outside, gardening, and watching KU sports.

Morgan Dawson

Marketing Coordinator

Morgan is the Marketing Coordinator for Schellenberg Development Company; she started her career with SDC in May of 2019 as the Front Office Coordinator and was transitioned to Marketing Coordinator in 2020. If you have questions or interests regarding marketing, social media development, or events Morgan will be your main point of contact.

Morgan graduated from Friends University with a Bachelor’s Degree in English, and minors in Business Administration and Spanish. When she is not working Morgan enjoys spending time with her husband, Cameron, and her dog Callo.

Hilary Allen

The Villas at Prestwick Leasing Agent

Hilary started her career with SDC as the leasing agent for The Villas at Prestwick in August of 2021. She has years of experience working in both Real Estate and senior communities. Hilary is the go-to for all of your questions regarding the independent living community and is eager to get residents in this new development and start Loving the Life They Live.

Hilary has two children that keep her busy, busy, busy. When she is not working, you can catch her spending time with her kiddos and attending their various sporting events.

Sharron Dillon

Leasing Agent

Sharron located “the best-kept secret” in the Wichita area, The Villas. When one was available, Sharron and her husband moved into their “New home”, and have been living at The Villas for the past seven years. Sharron has been in the senior housing business for over 35+ years. The Villas keep Sharron busy and stay at full capacity, she handles all new and current residents.
Sharron is the mother of 2 grown girls, grandmother to 4 and great-grandmother to 7 children. Sharron works mostly part-time and loves it here and life is great living at the Villas!
