After pools not being open due to COVID last summer, I think we are all more than ready to dip our toes in cool water and inhale the smell of sunscreen. Our homeowners don’t have to go far to practice their backstroke—each of our developments have at least one pool that they are free to use! (Of course, only residents or people accompanied by residents have access to these pools.)

LET’S SWIM

With summer right around the corner, we have been asked multiple times when pools are opening. Well, they are in luck because the Estancia pool opens up THIS WEEKEND! We are sure that homeowners will be digging through storage totes for floaties and shopping for new suits this week. The first weekend of a pool opening is so exciting! It’s a signal for the end of school, start of summer, and nights with exhausted kids.

All of the Perks

Along with the pool, Estancia homeowners can utilize the clubhouse for events or just to get out of the sun for a snack. This is a great space for anyone needing to throw a birthday party, get some work done while the kids swim, or spend time with friends without having to stay in the confines of their own homes. Whether your kids are in the pool or at the playground, parents can sit inside and still make sure everyone is being safe as each of the walls in the clubhouse has plenty of windows to keep an eye out.

Clubhouse Coming Soon

Although our pool will not be ready this summer, Arbor Creek homeowners can start getting excited for fun to come! The Arbor Creek clubhouse broke ground last week! Soon, residents will be able to enjoy all of the amenities that we have been promising, including the pool, pickleball, an exercise room, fire pit, and much more. We are so excited to watch the plans for the clubhouse come to fruition.

New Development=New Amenities

Our newest development, The Coves, will not only have one pool, but TWO pools! While pools are generally enjoyed by the younger public, sometimes the older generations want to take a dip without being splashed in the face by dives, cannonballs, can openers, and pencils. Therefore, similar to our setup in Fox Ridge, we will have a pool more on the patio homes side that is open to persons over the age of 21 and a pool that is on the family side open to all.

This exclusion of children in the patio homes side will allow the family pool to be a little less crowded on hot days. Those without kids can head over to the 21 and up pool and give a little more space for the cannonball competition. We are still working out the amenities, set up, and rules for these two separate areas, but will keep everyone updated as we go.
