While our west-side community, The Villas at Hampton Lakes, is well-established, our newer, east-side community, The Villas at Prestwick, has been steadily gaining popularity since the completion of its first units in the spring of 2020.
Not only does this community have brand new units, it is also getting a brand new clubhouse for residents to enjoy! With amenities such as a pool, full kitchen, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, exercise room, and event room, this clubhouse will be the perfect place for residents to meet and gather with other like-minded seniors.

Finally, we are ready to show off this new community, its units, and the brand new clubhouse at The Villas at Prestwick Clubhouse Grand Opening, which will be held on July 31, 2021, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Our event will have appetizers and drinks, will feature prize drawings that you don’t want to miss, and will be an opportunity to ask the Villas staff any questions that you may have for yourself or a loved one! The event is public, however, we do ask that attendees RSVP to ensure there are enough food and drinks to go around!
